Documentation on Signal for internal PDM team

Signal (Internal)

Signal is Power Digital's internal dashboard for revenue, client health and team performance. This page gets you oriented in about three minutes.

Welcome to Signal

The sidebar, the month selector, search and the keyboard shortcuts. Every link below opens the real page in Signal.

Find your way around

Signal shows different people different things. This page explains the access levels in plain terms, what each one unlocks, and how to request more.

Who can see what

Signal doesn't invent numbers — it collects them. This page explains which system owns what, how fresh each one is, and why two figures that look like they should match…

Where the numbers come from

Every metric and term you'll meet in Signal, in plain language — what it means, where you'll see it, and the catch that trips people up.

Glossary

Who to contact, depending on what's actually wrong. Working out which category you're in usually solves it faster than describing the symptom.

Getting help

Start Here

The company scoreboard. How the business is doing this month, in one screen — and the page everyone in Signal can see.

Summary

A picture of where every number in Signal comes from. Click a system to see which pages it feeds, or click a page to see what feeds it.

Data Map

Overview

Who is carrying how much revenue, and are they at target? The people-performance roster, with a full profile behind every name.

Employees

A safe sandbox for "what if we moved these clients?" Drag clients between people and watch everyone's numbers change — without changing anything real.

Staffing

Who actually works on each client, and how that client's revenue is credited across them. Nearly every per-person number in Signal traces back to this screen.

Manage Leads

Are we winning back what we lose? For every Account Director, Group Director and division: expansion revenue set against churned revenue, measured against the 60% company goal.

ETCR (Beta)

The official revenue and retention benchmark for every client-facing role — and a check that every employee is actually matched to one.

KPI Targets

Who submitted their weekly check-in, and how the team is actually feeling. Sentiment and workload, week by week.

Employee Pulse

People

Two halves of one job: the roles Finance has approved, and the candidates actually moving through interviews for them.

Recruiting & Hiring Pipeline

Talent

Your weekly client check-in, and your quarterly business plan record. This is the input that drives the whole client-health picture.

Submit Pulse Data

How healthy is the whole client book this week? Every check-in rolled up, with the churn model's opinion set next to the humans'.

Pulse Summary

Everything you've submitted, so you can answer "did I already do this client?" and "did my correction go through?" without asking anyone.

My Submissions

Client Pulse

Which clients might be about to leave, why, and whether anyone has actually done something about it.

Churn Risk

Your whole book on one screen, already prioritized. The page to open on Monday morning.

Portfolio Review

Which clients are ready to buy more, what to pitch them, and whether now is a good time to ask.

Service Expansion

The actual people at each client — how each relationship is doing, and who on our side owns it.

POC Management

What account teams themselves expect to lose or save this month. The human counterpart to the churn model.

Retention Forecast

The historical record: clients we've already lost, and the revenue that went with them.

Churn Log

Does what a client pays us cover the time we spend on them? An estimate — and this page is honest about how good the estimate is.

Client Profitability

Client Health

A real profit-and-loss statement per division, month by month — revenue by department, minus outsourcing, minus actual payroll. Plus a shared forecast for the rest of the year.

Divisional P&Ls

How much client revenue is managed by people outside the client's own division — who lends capacity, who borrows it.

Revenue Overlap

Every worker, from every payroll system, in one roster.

Census

Each person's credited book, with every client behind it — the receipts for a commission conversation.

Commission Book

Finance & Commissions

How full is each person's book compared to their target — and therefore where to hire, where to add clients, and where to deploy AI.

Role Capacity & Company Capacity

Planning

Confidential. Compensation, pay history, retention risk and active performance cases — for the divisions you've been granted.

Growth: People & Performance Radar

Who can see compensation data, exactly which slices of the company, and who granted it.

Growth Access

Growth (confidential)

Did that AI rollout actually move the numbers? A before-and-after ledger for internal AI deployments.

AI Solutions

Innovation

The back office: granting access, auditing assignment changes, keeping job-description links current, and seeing who actually uses Signal.

Admin Tools

Report a number that looks wrong, and follow what happens to it.

Omega Documentation for internal Power Digital team

Omega (Internal)

The client picker in the top bar scopes everything in Omega to one client — here's how it works and how to share exactly what you're seeing.

Choosing a Client

Omega ships with a set of demo clients you can explore and demo freely — nothing you do in them sticks, and they reset to a clean baseline every night…

Exploring with demo clients

Whatever you need, there's a fast path to the right answer — here's who to ask for what.

Getting Help

A quick tour of Omega's layout: the product toggle, the left rail, and the controls in the top bar.

Navigating the Platform

How to sign in to Omega, what to do if you can't get in, and how to request a seat.

Signing In and Getting Access

Omega works in both a light and a dark theme — flip between them with the sun/moon button in the top bar.

Switching light and dark mode

After big releases, a short guided tour walks you through what's changed — here's what to expect and how to use it.

The "What's New" Tour

Omega is Power Digital's AI growth platform — an assistant you can talk to, an always-on client cockpit, and a fleet of specialist marketing agents, all in one place.

Getting Started

A few small habits — naming the timeframe, channel, and metric — turn vague answers into sharp, client-ready analysis.

Asking Iris better questions

Give Iris the file you're talking about — a spreadsheet, a brief, a screenshot — and it becomes part of the conversation's context.

Attaching files to a chat

Iris doesn't just describe your data — it can answer with interactive charts, tables, images, and slide decks, all collected in a preview pane beside the conversation.

Charts and visuals in Chat

The Sources drawer shows what data is connected and synced for the pinned client — check it to see what's connected, what's fresh, and what's missing.

Checking a client's sources

Click the microphone, talk, and your words land in the message box — dictation works on the Chat home screen and inside every conversation.

Dictating your message

Iris is the AI assistant inside Omega's Chat product — ask it anything about a client's marketing data and it answers in plain English, showing you exactly what it's doing…

Meet Iris

Favorites, folders, renaming, and search keep a busy chat history tidy — so the conversation you need is always two clicks away.

Organizing your chats

When Iris generates a file — a spreadsheet, a deck, a report — you can usually read it right inside Omega without downloading anything.

Previewing files in Chat

Every chat is tied to a client — pin the right one first, then ask away and follow up as naturally as you would with a teammate.

Starting a conversation with Iris

From any Iris conversation you can hand real work to a specialist agent — the run happens on the Workflow board and the results come back into your chat when…

Tagging a specialist agent in chat

A project is a shared workspace inside Chat that carries standing instructions and pinned documents into every conversation — so the context you set up once rides along every time.

Using projects

Asking questions, charts & files, organizing chats, tagging specialists

Chat with Iris

The coverage gauge tells you how much of a client's data footprint Omega can actually see — and what to connect to see more.

The Data Coverage Gauge

The KPI band on Overview gives you the client's headline numbers at a glance — and a hover shows you exactly where each number comes from, channel by channel.

KPIs and the Revenue Split

Overview separates the business conversation from the platform to-do list — priorities up top, signals ranked by dollars at risk below.

Strategic Priorities and Signal Tiers

Overview is your client's home base — one screen that tells you what matters most right now, what to do about it, and what's already in motion.

The Overview Cockpit

The decision cockpit, data coverage, KPIs, signal tiers

Workflow: Overview Cockpit

Every signal has a built-in discussion thread — comment, @-mention teammates, and align on next steps without leaving Omega.

Discussing a Signal with Your Team

Every signal ends with a decision: not worth acting on, or worth handing to an agent. Both choices are recorded, and both teach the system.

Dismissing or Dispatching a Signal

A signal's detail view is built to be read top to bottom in the order you'd naturally ask questions: what broke, how bad is it, which way is it going,…

Reading a Signal

When a signal deserves more than the quick detail view, the Full analysis page gives it a dedicated deep dive — with Iris doing the heavy lifting.

Running a Full Analysis

Scan is the full board of open diagnoses for a client — everything the agent fleet has found, ranked by impact and ready for you to act on.

The Scan Signal Board

The Scan board, reading/discussing signals, full analysis, dismiss vs dispatch

Workflow: Signals

Approved means a human signed off on the plan; Implemented means the change actually went live — and the go-live date you enter is what makes impact measurement honest.

Approving and Implementing Work

Queued items are signals parked and waiting to run — before you dispatch one, you can pick which specialist agent takes it on and even ask for a specific deliverable…

Choosing an Agent for Queued Work

The Review column is where finished agent work waits for a human decision — here's how to read a card, check the full output, and approve or reject with useful…

Reviewing Agent Work

Every Monday, Omega drafts the weekly client report for every active client — and lands it in Review so a person always reads it.

The Weekly Client Report

The Workflow board is where agent work moves through its pipeline — from queued, to running, to human review, to approved, to implemented in the ad platforms.

The Workflow Board

The pipeline board, reviewing, approving, implementing, the weekly report

Workflow: Runs & Review

Flight is the complete ledger of every agent run in Omega — including runs started from chat — with each run's full lifecycle, status, output, and, when things go wrong,…

Flight: The Run Ledger

Monitoring is the record of every signal you acted on — with the related metric tracked from the moment you acted, and an Impact summary that rolls the work up…
