How do I connect Facebook Pages to nova? (PDM Team)

Learn how to connect Facebook Pages to our client's accounts

👉 Make sure you’ve been added as a user to the client’s Facebook Page account. Without this access, you won’t be able to complete the connection.

To connect Facebook Pages to a client nova account, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Power View and select the Clients option

  2. Select the client you want to integrate

  3. Navigate to the "Integrations" tab, then click on the "Available" sub-tab

  4. Search for "Facebook Pages" and click "Connect to nova"

  5. Click "Continue" on the next page

  6. Click "Authorize" and log in to your facebook account

  7. Once you see the screen below, click into 'Edit Settings'

  8. Here you will want to ensure you 'Opt in to all current and future Businesses.' This allows all of the Facebook Pages you are currently added to & get added to show up in your list of accounts to connect.

  9. After clicking 'Continue,' 'Save' and then 'Got it' you will want to make sure you Pages sync mode is set to 'Sync specific pages.'

  10. Select the respective account & click 'Save & test'
