Navigating to the nova Dashboard Suite
Log in to nova (if you need help or access, reach out in #nova-intelligence-feedback)
Go to Power View > Clients
Find your client(s) in “My Clients”, or search for a client in “All Clients.” Pro-Tip: We have a demo client, Demo Client, with anonymized data for demo purposes
Click on the desired client
Click on the “Reporting” tab, and select a Report from the “Reports” drop-down on the right of the screen. Report documentation is found in the “View Documentation” link
Aligning Reports to Client Needs

Integrating Dashboards into Your Workflow
To maximize impact and utility, integrate these reports into your core activities:
Meeting Prep
Weekly Syncs or TBs: Review the Daily Flash Report and relevant Channel Performance Reports to preemptively flag wins or concerns before speaking with the client.
QBR / Strategy: Use the eCommerce Report and LRFM Report to structure the narrative around business impact, not just media metrics.
Client-Facing Communication
Demonstrate Value: Instead of manually creating charts, share a live link to the relevant nova report to ground the conversation in real-time, transparent data.
Storytelling: Use the LRFM Report or the Product Analysis to shift the conversation from what we did to what we do next to drive client growth.
Quick Sharing and Troubleshooting
Sharing Reports with Clients or Team Members
Navigate to the desired report in nova.
Use the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Choose Download to generate a PDF or PNG for static sharing (e.g., in a presentation).
Choose Schedule Delivery to automate a weekly or monthly email of the report.
Easiest Method: Simply copy and paste the report's URL. Any client or team member with nova access will be able to view it.
Troubleshooting Data Issues
Initial Check: If a report fails to load or shows incomplete data, always check the date range and filters first.
Integration Check: Confirm that the client account has the necessary data source (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Shopify, Meta) actively Connected under the client's Integrations tab in nova.
Escalation: If you can't resolve the issue, submit a request directly to the team in the dedicated Slack channel #nova-intelligence-feedback.
