What Omega is
Omega brings together everything you need to understand and act on a client's performance. Instead of jumping between dashboards, spreadsheets, and status threads, you get one platform where the data, the analysis, and the work itself live side by side.
At the heart of Omega is Iris, your AI assistant. Iris knows your clients' data and can answer questions, dig into performance, and help you think through strategy. Around Iris, Omega runs a team of specialist agents that monitor clients around the clock, surface what needs attention, and carry out the work you approve.
The three products
Omega is organized into three products, which you switch between using the toggle at the top of the screen:
Chat — Talk to Iris about a client's data and performance. Ask questions in plain English, explore trends, and get analysis on demand. If you'd ask an analyst, ask Iris first.
Workflow — The client cockpit. This is where you see what's happening for a client right now: the Overview decision cockpit, the Scan signal board, the pipeline of agent work moving from Queue through to Implemented, plus metrics, run history, monitoring, and data coverage.
Agents — The agent roster. Browse the specialist agents available to you, chat with them directly, review their outputs in Files, set up recurring Schedules, and manage Integrations.
Everything you see is scoped to one client at a time using the client picker in the top bar — switch clients there and every product follows.
Who Omega is for
Omega is built for Power Digital team members: account directors, marketers, strategists, and analysts. You don't need any technical background. If you can describe what you want to know or what you want done, Omega can help you get there.
Tip: A great first step is to open Chat, pick a client you know well, and ask Iris a question you'd normally dig through reports to answer.
Getting started

Pick a client using the client picker in the top bar.
Switch to Workflow to see that client's cockpit, or stay in Chat and start asking questions.
Note: If you don't have access yet, ask your manager about getting a seat. If you have a seat but can't sign in, the IT team can help.
