One picker, everywhere
The client picker sits in the top bar and is the single control for choosing which client you're working on. There are no separate per-page or per-board pickers — pick a client once, and every surface follows:
Chat talks to Iris about that client's data.
Workflow shows that client's cockpit — its signals, runs, metrics, and coverage.
Agents scopes agent conversations and outputs to that client.
Switching clients
Click the client picker in the top bar.
Search for or select the client you want.
The page updates immediately — whatever you're looking at now shows the new client.
Tip: Before reading any numbers, glance at the picker. If a chart or signal looks surprising, the most common explanation is simply being pinned to a different client than you expected.
Links carry the client
The web address in your browser reflects the client you have pinned. That makes sharing effortless:
Pin the client and navigate to the page you want to share.
Copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
Send it to a teammate.
When they open the link, Omega pins the same client for them and lands them on the same view — no "which client were you looking at?" back-and-forth.
Note: This works on any page in Omega, so you can deep-link a teammate straight to a specific client's Overview, signal board, or anywhere else.
Chats remember their client
Every Iris conversation belongs to the client it was about. When you open an existing chat, Omega automatically re-pins the client picker to that chat's client — so the context around the conversation always matches the conversation itself.
Your chat history shows all your conversations across clients, each labeled with its client, so you can always tell them apart at a glance.
A quick habit worth building
Make "check the picker" your first move whenever something looks off. Wrong client is the number-one cause of "this data looks wrong" — and it's a two-second fix.
