Signing in
Go to omega.novapower.io in your browser.
Sign in with your Power Digital account — the same account you use for other company tools.
You'll land in Omega, ready to pick a client and get started.
That's it. There's nothing to install — Omega runs entirely in your browser.
Tip: Bookmark omega.novapower.io so it's always one click away.
If you can't sign in
A few quick things to try before reaching out:
Double-check you're using your Power Digital account, not a personal one.
Try a hard refresh of the page (hold Shift while clicking your browser's refresh button).
Sign out fully and sign back in — sessions can expire, and a stale session sometimes gets in the way.
Try a private/incognito browser window to rule out cached login issues.
If none of that works — you see an access error, an endless loading screen, or a message that your account isn't recognized — contact the IT team. They handle all sign-in, authentication, and permission issues and can get you sorted quickly.
Note: The IT team is also your go-to for any technical problem with access — wrong permissions, account lockouts, or anything that looks like a login glitch rather than a missing seat.
Requesting a seat
If you don't have an Omega account yet, or a teammate on your account team needs one, talk to your manager. Managers handle requests for new seats and any budget questions that come with them.
Once your seat is approved and set up, you'll be able to sign in at omega.novapower.io right away with your Power Digital account.
Staying signed in
Omega keeps you signed in for a while, but sessions do expire from time to time. If Omega suddenly looks blank or stops loading data, signing out and back in is usually the fastest fix.
Tip: If sign-in problems keep coming back after IT has helped once, let them know it's recurring — that detail helps them find the root cause.
