Start with a hard refresh
Your browser sometimes holds on to an outdated copy of the app, and a normal refresh isn't always enough to clear it.
Hold Shift and click your browser's refresh button (or press Cmd+Shift+R on Mac / Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows).
Give the page a few seconds to fully reload.
If the page comes back, you're done — it was just a stale copy.
Then sign out and back in
Sessions expire from time to time, and an expired session can leave the app looking blank or half-loaded rather than showing a clear error.
Sign out of Omega completely.
Close the tab.
Open a fresh tab, go to omega.novapower.io, and sign back in.
Tip: If signing out is itself impossible because nothing on the page responds, open a private/incognito window and sign in there. If Omega works in the private window, your regular window is holding a stale session — signing out and back in from the working window usually clears it up.
Still stuck? Contact the IT team
If a hard refresh and a fresh sign-in don't bring the page back, the problem likely isn't on your end. Reach out to the IT team — they handle access and technical issues and can dig into what's happening with your account.
When you contact them, it helps to include:
The page you were trying to open.
What you see (fully blank, endless loading spinner, error message).
Whether the private-window test worked.
Roughly when it started.
Note: If the problem is that Omega loads fine but the data looks wrong or missing, that's a different situation — see "Data Looks Wrong or Missing" for those steps.
If it keeps happening
An issue that returns after being fixed once is worth flagging again. Tell the IT team it's recurring — that pattern helps them find the underlying cause rather than treating each incident separately.
