A quick tour of Omega's layout: the product toggle, the left rail, and the controls in the top bar.

Written by Schae Lilley

The big picture

Omega has one consistent layout everywhere:

  • A top bar with the product toggle, the client picker, a notification bell, and a settings gear.

  • A left rail whose contents change depending on which product you're in.

  • The main area, where the page you've chosen lives.

Once you know these three pieces, you can find anything.

The product toggle

At the top of the screen is a segmented toggle with three options: Chat, Workflow, and Agents. Click one to switch products:

  • Chat — your conversations with Iris about client data and performance.

  • Workflow — the client cockpit: signals, agent runs, metrics, and monitoring.

  • Agents — the agent roster, agent chats, outputs, and schedules.

Switching products doesn't lose your place — each product remembers where you were.

The left rail changes with the product

The left rail shows the pages inside whichever product you're in:

  • In Chat, the rail holds your conversations — recent chats, favorites, and folders.

  • In Workflow, the rail lists the cockpit pages: Overview (the decision cockpit), Scan (the signal board), Workflow (the run pipeline), Metrics, Flight (the run ledger), Monitoring (the action ledger), Coverage (which data sources are connected), and Notifications (where alerts are delivered).

  • In Agents, the rail covers the roster and your work with agents: All Agents, New Chat, Chats, Files (agent outputs), Workbench, Schedules, and Integrations.

Tip: In Workflow, hover over any rail item to see a short explainer of what that page does.

The top-bar controls

These three controls are global — they work the same no matter which product you're in:

  1. Client picker — sets which client every page is showing. Pick a client once and Chat, Workflow, and Agents all follow. (See "Choosing a Client" for more.)

  2. Notification bell — your inbox for alerts and updates, such as agent runs finishing or items that need your review.

  3. Settings gear — your global settings, outside any one product.

Note: Settings and Notifications are platform-wide, not tied to a single product — so you'll always find them in the top bar, never buried in a rail.

Finding your way back

If you ever feel lost, look at the top bar: check which product is selected and which client is pinned. Those two things determine everything you're seeing.
