The first section in your Scoreboard is KPIs. In this section, you will find the most important metrics you want to keep a pulse on.

The nova team can create different Scoreboards with specific KPIs for your respective teams. For example, a Scoreboard can be tailored for the CEO to show higher lever metrics focused on revenue, while the Marketing Team may want to see open rates on emails, or click through rate for ads.

Some of the metrics available are:

  • Total Spend

  • E-commerce New Customers

  • Avg Customer Lifetime Value

  • Ad Networks Revenue

  • Sessions

  • Clicks

  • Impressions

  • Etc.

When looking at your Scoreboard, you can set the timeframe by clicking on the pencil icon and adjusting it to predefined ranges or selecting a custom one.

You will find 6 tabs within the KPIs section:

  • All KIPs: All your KPIs under one section

  • E-Commerce Store: Insights & performance metrics for your online store

  • Calculated: KPI metrics that allow us to measure the cost, revenue, and value for your business

  • Goal Completion: Measure success & conversion milestones

  • Web Analytics: Track visitor behavior & site performance

  • Ad Networks: Monitor campaigns & ad performance across platforms
