How to navigate nova

The Home page is the starting point of the nova platform. It provides a quick overview of the information most relevant to you.

Because each client focuses on different metrics, this page is customizable. You can choose which sections appear on your homepage so the insights you care about most are always easy to access.


nova applications

nova applications are organized in the left-hand sidebar in four sections as follows:

  1. Reporting: Scoreboards, Reports

  2. Intelligence: Cohorts, Customer Insights, Creative Affinity

  3. Communication: Weekly Updates, Documents

  4. Workspace: My Account, Data Integration

Below, we will explore each one of them in more depth:

Scoreboards

Scoreboards give a snapshot of your business, showing preselected KPIs you want to keep a pulse on.

Goal Pacing lives within Scoreboards which allows you to see how you are progressing toward your set goals. For more information on Scoreboards, visit this article.

Reports

nova Reports are available to all Power Digital Marketing clients. In this section you will see marketing, financial and merchandising focused reports. For additional information on the nova Reports, visit this article.

Intelligence

The Intelligence section provides advanced insights to help you better understand customer behavior, marketing performance, and creative effectiveness. It includes three tools designed to uncover deeper patterns in your data and support more informed strategic decisions.

Cohorts

Analyze groups of customers who share common characteristics or behaviors over a specific time period. Cohort analysis helps identify trends in customer retention, purchase frequency, and lifetime value.

Customer Insights

Explore detailed information about your client’s customers, including demographic and behavioral data. It helps uncover trends, understand customer profiles, and identify opportunities to improve targeting and marketing strategies.

Creative Affinity

Evaluate how different ad creatives perform across audiences and platforms. Creative Affinity combines creative performance with customer data to help identify which visuals, messaging, or formats resonate most with valuable customer segments.

Weekly Updates

Documents

Find relevant documents like contracts, kickoff decks, and monthly reports.


My Account

Find your company details and add/manage users on your nova account.


Data Integrations

Connect and manage integrations. Integrations are a vital part of your nova account. Data integrations feed your reports and scoreboards; make sure they are always active. For more information, click here.


Contact Support

If you need assistance while using nova, our support team is always available to help.

You can contact support by clicking the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen, or the "Support chat" option on the left-hand side bar. This will open the support chat where you can ask questions or request help from our team.

You can also access helpful resources such as FAQs and Help Articles from the support menu on the left side of the platform.
