The Monday cadence
You don't have to kick anything off. Each Monday, Omega runs the weekly report for your clients and prepares the deliverable. What you're responsible for is the part that should never be automated: reading it before the client does.
Nothing goes out unchecked
The finished report doesn't go straight to the client. It lands in the Review column of the Workflow board, exactly like any other agent work waiting on a human. Until someone approves it, the report stays inside Omega.
This is deliberate. A weekly report speaks in your voice to your client — so a person confirms the numbers, the framing, and the takeaways hold up before it's released.
How you'll know it's ready
You don't need to camp on the board Monday mornings. Two nudges come to you:
A Slack ping. The team gets a "ready for review" message in Slack when the report reaches Review.
The Overview banner. An Access Weekly Report banner appears on the Overview page, taking you straight to the report — handy since Overview is where most people start their Monday anyway.
Reviewing the report
Open the report from the Slack ping, the Access Weekly Report banner on Overview, or its card in the Review column.
Read the deliverable — use the output chip on the card to open the full report.
Check the essentials: are the numbers right for the period, does the narrative match what actually happened, and is there anything the client will ask about that the report doesn't answer?
Decide:
Approve if it's ready — the report is released.
Reject if something's off — describe what needs to change, and the report is redone with your feedback before coming back for another review.
Tip: Aim to clear the review early in the day. The report is most valuable to clients while the week it covers is still fresh, and the Slack ping makes it easy for the review to become a shared Monday-morning habit.
Note: If Monday comes and you don't see a report for a client, check the client picker first — you may be scoped to a different client. The report cards live on the same board as everything else, so they're easy to find under Review.
