What it's for
Once you've submitted for a dozen clients across many weeks, two questions come up constantly: did I already submit for this client? and did that correction actually land?
This page answers both, without a support ticket.
It shows strictly your own submissions. A Group Director opening this page sees only what they personally submitted, not their team's. Portfolio-wide views live on Pulse Summary.
What you'll see
Two tabs — Weekly and Quarterly — each showing the client, the week or quarter, what you recorded, the status, and when you last updated it.
A status filter — All, Active or Voided, with live counts.
A search box for finding one client quickly.
Voided entries appear muted rather than hidden.
Click any row to jump to that client on Submit Pulse Data.
How to use it
Monday completeness check. Open the Weekly tab and scan the top rows. Anything you own without a row for this week still needs doing. Click through to submit it.
Confirm a correction landed. After voiding something, set the status filter to Voided and check that the bad entry shows as voided and the corrected one exists. That's how you know leadership's rollups won't count the wrong read.
Refresh before a client call. Search the client name to see your recent sentiment and pacing trajectory at a glance, then click through for the full picture.
QBP season audit. Switch to the Quarterly tab and confirm every client you own has a QBP record for the current quarter — before someone asks.
"Did that save?" After a flaky connection or a double-click, this page is the ground truth. Check here rather than submitting again.
Good to know
The tab counts include voided entries. "Weekly · 40" is not forty active submissions. Use the status filter to separate them.
You may see what look like duplicates — the same client, the same week, twice. For multi-division clients that's one legitimate submission per division, and this page doesn't show a division column. Click through to see the detail.
Only part of each record is shown here. The full submission also holds contract terms, performance goals, year-on-year performance, what-changed notes and the last check-in date. Click through to see or edit them.
Admin submissions appear under the admin. If a top-level admin submits on behalf of a client — say, cleaning up after someone leaves — that record appears in their My Submissions, not the original AD's.
A client column showing a number instead of a name means the client couldn't be matched to current revenue data, usually because they're no longer active. The record is still valid and still clickable.
Common questions
Can my manager or Group Director see my submissions here? No. This page is strictly your own. Leadership sees portfolio-wide data on Pulse Summary instead.
Why does the Weekly count look higher than what I actually submitted? It includes voided entries. Filter by status.
Why are there two rows for the same client and week? Multi-division client — one submission per division. This view doesn't show which.
I voided something. How do I confirm it worked? Filter to Voided. The retracted entry should be there, muted. Voiding is a soft delete, so it stays visible here and in the audit trail while being excluded from active rollups.
It says my account isn't linked to a Nova user. Signal matches your login email against Nova's user directory to find your submissions. That message means your email isn't there yet — common for a brand-new hire. Contact the Signal team. The lookup is cached for a few minutes, so a just-created Nova record takes a moment to be recognized.
Why is there a number instead of a client name? The client couldn't be matched to current revenue data. See "Good to know".
Can I edit or delete from here? No. Click the row to go to Submit Pulse Data, where you can update this week, add a QBP, or void an entry.
Can a QBP date be in the future? Yes, up to a year ahead.
Is this the same as Employee Pulse? No — this is about clients. See the Glossary.
