We’ve introduced a new Document Center in nova to make onboarding faster, more organized, and completely secure. Here’s how it works and what you need to do.

Why We’re Using the Document Center

  • All documents in one place: No more back-and-forth emails.

  • Clear list of requirements: See exactly what’s needed for onboarding.

  • Flexible uploads: Upload files directly or share links from Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

  • Real-time updates: Track what you’ve already uploaded and what’s still missing.

How to Access

  1. Log in to nova

  2. Open 'Documents' in the left-hand side bar

You’ll find a list of required onboarding documents specific to your account.

How to Upload Your Documents

  1. Review the required document list.

  2. Click Upload Document to add files or paste shareable links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

  3. Status indicators will show what’s uploaded and what’s pending.

  4. You can also add extra documents, categories, or document types if you think we should have them.

Tips

  • Make sure file links are set to “Anyone with the link can view.”

  • Upload documents as soon as possible to keep onboarding on schedule.

  • If you’ve already shared some items previously, you don’t need to re-upload unless requested.

Need Help?

If you have trouble logging in, uploading files, or need clarification on what to upload:

  • Use the chat feature in the portal (located in the Bottom right corner).

  • Email your Account Manager directly.
