Question
What if I don’t see an option in my Criteo account to “Create a new App?"
Answer
There’s a possibility that you may see this screen when you first login to Criteo:
In this case, you’ll want to click on Developer Portal, which may take you to a screen that prompts you to create a organization:
Enter the brand name, email address used to log in, select the type of company to be ‘Advertiser,’ and select the Country. Then click “Create organization.”
From there you’ll be prompted to start creating a new app after clicking on “Start building” and you can carry on from the instructions above.
2) Navigate to "Data Integration" on the left side bar
3) Click "View All Integrations" at the top right
4) Click the "Connect" button
5) Click "Continue"
6) Add client ID and client secret, then click "Save & Test"
Enter the Client ID and Client Secret you found in Step 1.
Select the currency code using the Currency drop-down menu.
By default, this is set to USD.
Select the Report Timezone.
By default, this is set to EST but it’s not a problem if this is changed.
Select the Metrics.
By default, we have already configured this field to populate with all the metrics our data model needs. Please don’t remove any metric already pre-selected in this field.
Select how many months' worth of reporting data you'd like to include in your initial sync.
Unless it’s absolutely necessary it’s recommended to keep this at the default value of 24 months.
Click Save & Test.
