Overview

The Division: Ecommerce report consolidates key performance metrics across sales, marketing spend, and customer behavior. It’s designed to give a holistic view of performance drivers and efficiency.

Integrations Required

  • OMS (eg. Shopify)

  • Digital Analytics (eg. GA4)

  • Paid Media (eg. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc)

Sections

  • Core Performance Metrics (Top Row) - Net Sales, Ad Spend, Sessions, and CVR with period-over-period comparisons. This answers: "What's our overall performance trajectory?" and "Are we efficiently scaling our business?"

  • Efficiency Metrics (Second Row) - CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), New Customers, and Returning Customers. This answers: "How much does it cost to acquire customers?" and "What's our marketing ROI?"

  • Performance Trend Analysis - Six detailed charts tracking Orders, Net Sales, New vs Returning Customers, Conversions, Sessions, and Ad Spend over time. This answers: "What are our seasonal patterns?" and "How do marketing efforts correlate with performance?"

  • Marketing Efficiency Trends - CVR, CAC, and MER performance charts with period comparisons. This answers: "Are we becoming more or less efficient over time?" and "Where should we optimize our marketing mix?"

  • Channel Attribution Analysis - Three pie charts showing Conversions by Channel, Sessions by Channel, and Ad Spend by Platform. This answers: "Which channels drive the best results?" and "Where should we allocate our marketing budget?"

  • Product Performance Analysis - Top 10 Products by Net Sales and Top 10 Products by Gross Margin. This answers: "Which products drive revenue vs. profitability?" and "How should we optimize our product mix and promotion strategy?"
