Overview

The Daily Flash: Ecommerce report provides a quick, high-level overview of key eCommerce performance metrics. It’s designed to surface real-time insights across sales, traffic, and customer acquisition.

Integrations Required

  • OMS (eg. Shopify)

  • Digital Analytics (eg. GA4)

Sections

  • Net Sales (OMS) - Revenue performance tracking across yesterday, month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date periods. This answers: "How much revenue are we generating?" and "Are we meeting our sales targets?"

  • Gross Sales (OMS) - Total sales volume before returns and refunds. This helps answer: "What's our total sales volume?" and "How significant are our returns compared to gross sales?"

  • Sessions (GA4) - Website traffic tracking with trend visualization. This answers: "How much traffic is our website receiving?" and "Are our marketing efforts driving consistent visitor growth?"

  • Conversion Rate - The critical metric showing how effectively visitors become customers. This answers: "How well are we converting traffic to sales?" and "Where should we focus our optimization efforts?"

  • New Customers (OMS) - Customer acquisition tracking over time. This answers: "How effectively are we growing our customer base?" and "Is our acquisition strategy sustainable?"
