Where sharing lives
Reports live in Files alongside your other deliverables. Open one to its full-page view and click Share at the top — that's the one place all of a report's access is managed.
Two ways to grant access
The share dialog gives you two levers, and they stack:
Anyone at Power Digital with the link. Flip this toggle on and any teammate who's signed in to Omega can open the report from its link. This is the right setting for the common case — pasting a report into a Slack channel so the account team can read it.
The email list. Add specific teammates by email. People on the list can view the report and also save new versions of it — use this for the colleagues actually working on the document, not just reading it.
Tip: Clicking Copy link switches link sharing on if it isn't already. That's deliberate — a copied link is a link you intend to send, so it will always open for the teammate you send it to.
What recipients see
If someone opens a report link without access, Omega tells them the truth: "You don't have access to this report," with a pointer to ask the sender for access. So if a teammate says your link is broken, the fix is the share dialog — add them to the email list or turn on link sharing. A "not found" message is different: it means the link itself is wrong or the report is gone.
Turning sharing off
Sharing isn't permanent. Reopen the share dialog and flip the link toggle off — the link stops working for everyone not on the email list. Remove someone from the email list the same way. Only the report's owner controls these settings.
Note: Link sharing reaches Power Digital teammates only. A report link never opens for anyone outside the organization, no matter who it's forwarded to — so a link leaking into the wrong inbox fails safe.
The Drive copy
There's a second sharing path worth knowing about: when a reviewer approves a client report on the Workflow board, the finished deck is published to that reviewer's Google Drive. From there it behaves like any Drive file — openable in Slides, shareable with Drive's own controls. The Omega link and the Drive copy are independent: changing one's sharing doesn't touch the other.
