4. How to Review a Post
Your strategist will communicate to you when there is new content for your review. Here's how to review a post from start to finish:
1 | Login in to nova When your team submits content for review, login to nova & navigate to Creative Collab. Your team will also share a link to go directly to your calendar. |

3 | Click the post to open it Click on any post card to open the post detail panel. Here you'll see the full caption, creative asset, scheduled date, platform, and any notes from your strategist. |
4 | Review the content in full Take your time to review the caption for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment. Check that the creative asset looks correct and the scheduled date/time works for you. |
5 | Approve or leave feedback If you're happy with the post, click Approved. If you'd like changes, leave a comment explaining what you need (see Section 5 for details). |
5. Approving a Post
Approving a post confirms that you're happy with the content and that it's ready to publish on the scheduled date.
To Approve a Post:
Open the post from your content calendar.
Review the content in full (caption, creative, platform, and date).
Click the Approved button in the post detail panel.
The post status will update to 'Approved' and your team will be notified automatically.
✅ What happens after you approve? Once you approve a post, it's locked and scheduled to publish automatically on the date and time shown. You don't need to do anything else - your Power Digital team will monitor the post going live. |
6. Requesting Changes
If a post needs adjustments before you're comfortable approving it, you can easily leave feedback directly in Creative Collab. Your team will be notified immediately and will make the requested changes.
To Request Changes:
Open the post from your content calendar.
Click on the Comments tab within the post detail panel.
Type your feedback clearly - for example: 'Please update the caption to include our summer sale offer' or 'Can we swap this image for the one from the shoot last week?'
Change the status to ‘Needs Edits’ in the top left corner, send the comment, and click Submit Review to send your comment.
Your team will receive an automatic email notification with your feedback.
Once your team has made the changes, the post will be resubmitted for your review.
📝 Tips for leaving helpful feedback The more specific your feedback, the faster your team can action it. Rather than 'I don't like this,' try 'Can we change the last line of the caption to mention free shipping?' Clear, specific notes help your team turn changes around quickly. |
7. Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don't approve a post before the scheduled date?
Don't worry - posts will not go live without your explicit approval. If a post hasn't been approved by its scheduled date, it simply won't publish. Your team will reach out to reschedule it.
Can I change my mind after approving a post?
Yes. If you need to make changes after approving a post, contact your Power Digital strategist as soon as possible. They can open the post for revisions as long as it hasn't been published yet.
What if I want to add a post idea or suggest content?
Great ideas are always welcome! Share your suggestions directly with your Power Digital strategist via your regular communication channel (email or Slack). They'll incorporate your ideas into the content plan.
Can I see posts after they've been published?
Yes. Published posts are archived in your Creative Collab calendar. You can view them at any time by browsing back through past dates on the calendar.
What if I'm going to be unavailable to review content for a period of time?
Let your Power Digital account manager know in advance. They'll work with you to either get content approved before your absence or pause scheduling for that period so nothing goes live without your sign-off.
Who do I contact if I have trouble logging in?
Reach out to your Power Digital strategist or account manager directly and they will help you regain access.
