Overview

The Channel Performance report breaks down paid media outcomes across platforms, helping teams understand how different marketing channels contribute to revenue, efficiency, and engagement.

Integrations Required

  • OMS (eg. Shopify)

  • Digital Analytics (eg. GA4)

  • Paid Media (eg. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc)

Sections

  • Ad Spend Performance & Channel Allocation - Shows total ad spend trends over time with detailed channel breakdown. This answers: "How is our advertising investment trending?" and "Which channels are receiving the most budget allocation?"

  • ROAS Performance & Channel Efficiency - Tracks Return on Ad Spend across time periods with channel-specific ROAS metrics. This answers: "Which channels deliver the best return on investment?" and "How is our overall advertising efficiency trending?"

  • Impressions Performance & Channel Reach - Monitors total impressions and reach across channels over time. This answers: "How much visibility are we generating?" and "Which channels provide the greatest reach for our budget?"

  • Clicks Performance & Channel Engagement - Tracks click volume and engagement across channels and time periods. This answers: "Which channels drive the most engagement?" and "How is our click performance trending?"

  • Marketing Metrics by Channel - Comprehensive table showing each channel's platform, ad spend, ROAS, impressions, sessions, and clicks. This answers: "How does each channel perform across all key metrics?" and "Which channels should we scale or pause?"
