How to share access: Impact Radius

Learn what information we need to access your Impact Radius account

To grant PDM access to Impact Radius, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to Impact Dashboard: Log in to your Impact Radius account and navigate to the Impact Dashboard.

  • Access Settings: In the Impact Dashboard, locate the three dots icon in the bottom left corner. Click on it to open the menu.

  • Navigate to General Settings: From the menu, select "Settings." This will take you to the general settings page.

  • Access Account Users: In the general settings page, find and click on "Account Users." This is where you manage user access to your account.

  • Invite Users: Look for an option to invite new users. Click on it to proceed with inviting a new user.

  • Add Agency: Within the invite users section, you should find an option to add an agency. Click on this option to add the agency to your account.

  • Enter Agency Account ID: In the form provided, enter the Agency Account ID, 1444707.

  • Submit: Once you've entered the Agency Account ID, click on the "Submit" button to send the invitation to the agency.
