To grant PDM access to Amazon Ads, please add retailaudit@powerdigital.com to the ad account.

Please follow the steps below to add us:

  • Sign in to Amazon Advertising: Go to Amazon Ads: Online advertising for businesses of all sizes and sign in with your Amazon Advertising account credentials.

  • Access Account Settings: Once logged in, navigate to the account settings or account management section. This is typically accessible through a dropdown menu under your account name or settings icon.

  • Go to User Permissions: Look for an option similar to "User Permissions," "User Management," or "Account Access." Click on it to manage user access to your Amazon Advertising account.

  • Add a New User: Within the user permissions or management section, there should be an option to add a new user or invite a user. Click on this option to proceed.

  • Enter User's Information: You'll be prompted to enter the email address of the user you want to add to your Amazon Advertising account. Please enter retailaudit@powerdigital.com.

  • Choose Access Level: Select the access level you want to grant to the user. "Administrator" is ideal here!

  • Send Invitation: After entering the user's email address and selecting the access level, proceed to send the invitation. An invitation email will be sent to the user.

  • Permissions: After PDM has accepted the invite, log back into your Advertising Console account and follow the steps below:

    • Hover over the three bars in the top left to bring up the dropdown

    • Select “Access and Settings”
