To grant PDM access to Meta Ads, please add us as a partner to the ad account & page with viewer access.
Please follow the steps below to add us:
Access Business Manager: Go to Login and Access Meta Business Suite and Business Manager and log in with the Facebook account associated with your Meta Ads account.
Navigate to Business Settings: Once you're logged in, click on the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner of the page to open the Business Manager menu. From there, select "Business Settings."
Choose the Ad Account: In the Business Settings menu, find and click on "Ad Accounts" in the left-hand column. Then select the ad account to which you want to grant access to your partner.
Assign Partner: Under the "Ad Accounts" section, you'll see an option labeled "Partners." Click on "Partners" and then click on the "+ Add" button.
Enter Partner's Business ID or Email: In the dialog box that appears, you will enter the Power Digital Business ID: 736890376406827.
Choose Access Level: After entering the partner's Business ID or email, choose the access level you want to grant them. Viewer access works great!
Send Invitation: Once you've selected the access level, click on "Next" or "Send Invitation" to send the invitation to your partner.
