Meet the demo clients
Three standing demo clients live in the client picker alongside the real ones, each showing a different kind of business so you can pick the flavor that matches your audience:
Falcon Ecomm — an e-commerce brand with the full commerce picture: revenue, ROAS, channel mix.
Falcon B2B — a B2B company, where the story is pipeline and lead quality rather than carts.
Falcon CSV — a lead-generation business, for demand-focused walkthroughs.
Pin one from the client picker and the whole platform — Chat, Workflow, Agents — behaves exactly as it would for a real client, with realistic data behind it.
Why they're safe to play in
Demo clients are a sandbox by design:
Changes don't persist. Dismiss signals, dispatch work, run scans, upload documents — every demo client restores to its curated baseline overnight, so tomorrow's demo starts clean no matter what today's did.
No one gets alerted. Demo clients never send Slack notifications, so you can click anything without pinging a channel.
Real clients are untouched. Everything you do stays inside the demo client.
That makes them the right place to learn the platform, rehearse a pitch, or let a new teammate click every button they're curious about.
Resetting on demand
The nightly reset is automatic, but back-to-back demos can't wait for it. If a session has consumed the board — signals dismissed, scans re-run — restore it yourself:
Pin the demo client and open the Scan signal board in Workflow.
Click Reset demo at the top of the board.
Confirm. The restore runs in the background and takes about half a minute; the board refreshes itself with the clean baseline.
Tip: If a demo client's board says "No open signals," that's usually a consumed demo, not a quiet account — a reset brings the full baseline back.
Demos in Chat
Demo clients work in Chat too. Ask Iris about a demo client's performance, or use Dig deeper on one of its signals — the opening answer arrives fast and polished, tuned for demo pacing, and every follow-up question runs live so you can go wherever the room takes you.
A few ground rules
Don't use demo clients for real analysis. The data is curated for storytelling, not for decisions.
Reset before you present, not after — a clean baseline at the start of a session beats hoping the last person left it tidy.
Anything you want to keep, take with you. Files or outputs created in a demo client are swept away by the next reset, so download anything worth saving.
