What lands here
Open the Agents product and choose Files under the Outputs group in the left rail. Everything your agents produce collects here, alongside anything you upload yourself:
Reports written by agents — weekly updates, monthly reports, QBR outlines, and more. (Reports used to have their own section; they now live in Files with everything else.)
Files — decks, spreadsheets, and documents from agent runs or your own uploads.
Scheduled agent runs are filed automatically: each client's deliverables go into that client's own folder, so Monday-morning reports are always where you expect them.
Folders
Files uses a single level of folders — like a tidy desk, not a filing cabinet maze.
Click New folder at the top of the library to create one.
Hover over any file or report tile and use the ⋯ menu → Move to folder.
Client folders (the ones agents file deliverables into) are tinted so they stand out.
Deleting a folder never deletes its contents — everything inside simply moves back to the library root.
Previews and the document workspace
Click any tile to open it in a full-page workspace:
A rendered preview of the document — decks and Office files are converted so you can read them right in the browser. Larger files may show "Generating preview…" for a moment.
Download and Share buttons, and rename by clicking the title.
Push to Workbench — send the document into the review-and-approval flow when it's headed to a client (see "Using the Workbench").
For agent-generated files, a composer at the bottom lets you ask the agent to revise the document — for example, "add a slide on Q3 ROAS."
Finding past outputs
Tiles are sorted by recency, so the latest work is up front.
Check the client's folder for anything produced by scheduled runs.
Switch the Active / Archived toggle to see things you've archived — nothing is ever deleted, and Restore brings an item back.
Tip: Files you upload are indexed so agents can read them when you attach them to a job or reference them in chat. A small amber dot on a tile means indexing is still in progress; a red dot means the agent can't read that file (hover for the reason).
Note: Uploading here is also the fastest way to give an agent source material — upload once, reuse it across chats.
