Confirm Permissions are Enabled to Connect to nova
Whether you’re connecting a store yourself or requesting access from a store owner/admin, it’s important to make sure the correct Shopify permissions are enabled.
Follow the steps below to confirm the permissions are set as needed
1. Navigate to your Shopify store settings:
https://store.myshopify.com/admin/settings
2. In the left-hand menu, click Users and Permissions.
3. Scroll to the Collaborators section.
If you’ve already invited a collaborator (like Power Digital), click on their name to review or edit permissions.
If not, you may need to resend the collaborator request.
4. Update the permissions based on the screenshot below to ensure the correct access is granted.
Be sure to match the permissions to what is shown above, as this ensures nova can properly connect, read data, and sync events.
