How Can I Clear Cache and Cookies for Only nova or DataQ Domains?

Learn how to delete cookies and cache for specific domains

As part of the troubleshooting process, you might be asked to clear cache and cookies for the nova or DataQ domains.
โ€‹
To do that, please follow the steps below.

  1. Locate the "View Site Information" icon in the left corner of your address bar.

    1. This icon can be different depending on the browser you are using. However, you will always find it on the left-hand side of the address bar.

  2. Click 'Cookies and site data'

  3. Click the 'flyout icon' under 'Manage on-device site data'

  4. Click the trash icon for both app.novapower.io and novapower.io

After clearing cache and cookies, reload your browser and return to the page you were working on. If you are still having issues, please contact nova support via the chat icon in the lower right corner of any nova or DataQ page.
