If you are getting the error message 'You are not authenticated to view this page' when trying to look at a report in nova, please check your browser. If you are in a browser like Safari, Firefox, or in an incognito window in Google, nova Reports are unavailable.
To view the nova Report or content, please follow the steps below:
Safari:
1. Navigate to Settings:
2. In the Privacy section, make sure the Prevent cross-site tracking is unselected:
3. In the Advanced section, unselect the Block cookies option:
Firefox:
1. Go to Settings
2. Under Privacy and Security select Custom Browser privacy
3. Make sure Cookies is unchecked:
Google Incognito Window:
1. When you open a new incognito window, make sure the Block third-party cookies option is unselected:
